2. No Return Policy
2.1. Final Commitment: We do not accept returns or “pull-backs” for any items once they have been delivered. We ask that you treat your purchase as a final commitment to your style and our craftsmanship.

Any costs associated with re-shipping a package due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.

5.3. Shipping Costs for Remedies: If your claim is verified and approved, Ink by Aviral will take full responsibility for the error and cover all shipping costs to dispatch the correct replacement item to you immediately.
